“ I have the red and the green bands so far. I intend to get one of each as I am just beginning on doing workout and the doctor insists on me starting very gently. So f course I have only tried the red one which is almost the strongest. It does have a kick and I will begin with the green. I might ad that these bands are continuous circles, not just straps. Should be good for exercising in the car or during travel. ”
